Storyfort
Each spring, the Treefort Music Fest takes over Boise, with musical acts, events, art installations, and more. Storyfort is the literary festival associated with Treefort, hosting authors and readings. Drawing crowds from across the country, Storyfort is an exciting and bustling literary festival for established and emerging writers. As part of the Storyfort programming, our students have the opportunity to read their work at the MFA Reading and other events.
Tooth and Bristle
Each semester, the MFA Program hosts Tooth and Bristle, a beloved tradition in the program. MFA students read their work and introduce each other in hilarious and heartfelt ways. Organized by MFA students and hosted by a local venue, this community event is a highlight of the semester.
