These FAQs provide resources and guidance with regard to immigration changes occurring at the federal level that may impact members of the Boise State University community.
Please be advised that these are general resources and the landscape surrounding these questions is rapidly evolving. Students, faculty and staff with questions surrounding their own status, or the impact of these changes on them personally, should consult with their own independent legal counsel, if possible.
