Budget town halls April 29-May 1

The Budget Modernization Initiative leadership team, in partnership with consulting group Kennedy and Company, will host a series of hour-long town halls with the university community beginning Tuesday, April 29. These meetings will give university units, the Planning Advisory Committee and Kennedy and Company the opportunity to review the prototype of the University Budget Model for the shadow year in Fiscal Year 2026. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions about the process.

Faculty and staff are strongly encouraged to attend sessions scheduled for their colleges, units and divisions, as the focus of each session will be oriented towards the assigned area. Invitations with event location details will be sent by the individual college/unit/division.

There will be two Zoom sessions following the in-person sessions to accommodate remote faculty and staff, or those unable to attend in person. The dates and times for the virtual sessions will be announced soon.
