David Pugel and Dawson Bell, both Ph.D. students in the BMOL program, were recently awarded Sigma Xi Grants-in-Aid of Research (GIAR). David received $3,165 and Dawson was awarded $1,000 to support their respective research projects. The Sigma Xi GIAR program provides valuable educational experiences for undergraduate and graduate students, promoting scientific excellence through hands-on learning and close mentorship.
