2025 Election Results

The total number of voters in the Spring 2025 ASBSU Student Government Elections was 2,242, which was 11.7% of the eligible voters.

Results have been independently verified by expert faculty and certified by the ASBSU Elections Team.

President and Vice President

Isaac Celedon and Kate Perkes win with 1,318 votes, 64.6% of the votes cast for that position. Austin Rose and Abby Berndt received 685 votes, 33.6% of the votes cast.

Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs

Ethan Mariner wins with 1,307 votes, 65.1% of the votes cast for that position. Carson Cole received 669 votes, 33.3% of the votes cast for that position.

Associate Vice President of Ethics Affairs

Layne Johnson wins with 1,336 votes, 67% of the votes cast for that position. Caden Skelton received 626 votes, 31.4% of the votes cast for that position.

Associate Vice President of Financial Affairs

Natalie Rivera wins with 1,302 votes, 64.9% of the votes cast for that position. Ivan Perkins received 673 votes, 33.5% of the votes cast for that position.

Associate Vice President of Inclusive Excellence

Alice Mwamba wins with 1,091 votes, 55.5% of the votes cast for that position. Madison Kincaid received 832 votes, 42.3% of the votes cast for that position.

Associate Vice President of Student Relations

Diego Tapia wins with 1,189 votes, 60% of the votes cast for that position. Vandal Birkenfeld received 761 votes, 38.4% of the votes cast for that position.

Associate Vice President of Greek Affairs

Emia Venegas wins with 473 votes, 68.2% of the votes cast for that position. Josiah DeChambeau received 213 votes, 30.7% of the votes cast for that position.

Ranked-Choice Voting (RCV) Breakdown

Ranked-Choice Voting (RCV) procedures were used to determine the results of Senate elections where more than two candidates were running. All tabulations are independently verified by expert faculty at Boise State University.
