Living in the heart of campus is everything. At Boise State, the seamless walkability of campus, vibrant residential life events, abundant amenities, and a strong support network create an immersive, connected experience that helps first-year students adjust smoothly, thrive academically, and build a lasting foundation for success.

Students must apply for on-campus housing by May 1 for guaranteed access to our residence halls. With Boise State’s newest residence hall opening in fall 2025, there’s plenty of space for everyone who applies on time and meets the requirements, just follow these steps to complete the housing application.

Modern living designed to inspire connection

Start your first year as a Bronco in a brand-new residence hall designed for building community and finding your place at Boise State. Each double-occupancy room (a shared room between 2 students) is over 216 square feet, but what really makes them shine are the tall ceilings and windows, and sleek modern finishes that emphasize the natural light and stunning views you get along the Boise Greenbelt. This building will welcome 452 students and packs in a lot of value and amenities. With modern design and lots of open communal spaces, this hall has the comforts of home while being just steps from your classes, the Quad, Albertsons Library, and the Student Union Building.

Every room comes with:

  • Two comfy twin beds
  • Under-bed drawers for extra storage
  • Desks and chairs for each roommate
  • Individual closet space

Community is Everything

This hall is more than just a crash pad — it’s designed to help you make the most of your experience here. With inviting common lounges, dedicated study areas, and hangout spaces, you’ll find it easy to meet the people that make your time in college both rewarding and memorable.

Want a quiet spot to study? Done. Need a break and someone to chat with? Just head down the hall. Craving fresh air or a quick adventure? Friendship Bridge is right next door — a 15-minute walk gets you to downtown Boise, the river and gorgeous parks.
